Innerflo refers to the currents of Prana (lifeforce) that flow through the body as water flows through a river. When this energy flows freely the body is comfortable, healthy and free from pain. When the flow is sluggish or blocked, physical discomfort or illness can arise. The intention of the practice is to listen to the body and feel the flow of Prana. Then, to respond to blockages or fluctuations to the flow through a variety of techniques of skeletal muscular manipulation to free the Prana and restore the optimum flow and thus optimum health.
